About The Position

As a Planting/Delivery Foreman at Suncrest, you will be a key part of a dynamic team responsible for planting trees and shrubs, performing site maintenance, assisting with deliveries, and contributing to hardscape landscape installations at customers' properties. You will work closely with our sales team to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that each landscape installation is done to our high-quality standards. These installations will take place at various customer sites, providing a direct opportunity to enhance customer experience and contribute to their dream landscapes.

Requirements

• Experience with planting and landscaping is required.
• Hardscape experience, including installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls, is required.
• Ability to operate basic landscape tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when working with team members and customers.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to team success.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Plant identification skills are required.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to accommodate project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plant small to medium-sized trees and shrubs at customer sites, ensuring proper techniques and standards are followed.
• Assist with hard-scape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls at customer properties.
• Assist in part-time maintenance duties, including site repairs, light electrical work, and basic construction tasks.
• Operate a variety of landscape tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members, management, and customers, ensuring strong communication and teamwork.
• Lead 2-3 crew members to accomplish daily goals and project objectives.
• Maintain a strong work ethic both independently and within a team environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Be available to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines and customer demands.
