About The Position

Duties include but are not limited to the following: Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with coworkers, farmers, drivers, and visitors. Politely challenge or report any unauthorized individuals on site. Follow assigned cleaning and maintenance routines to ensure a safe and sanitary facility. Report any product, safety, or sanitation concerns immediately to the supervisor Perform all job functions without causing damage to company property Ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules to meet daily goals. Participate in safety and food safety meetings and training. Comply with all workplace and OSHA safety requirements, including PPE use. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime during harvest season.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Must wear company-required PPE and follow all food safety and sanitation policies.
