The Position Plant Utility Operator Job Summary Including but not limited to the following: Comply with all Imerys, MSHA and Equipment Manufacturing Safety Policies and Procedures. Read quality specifications. Observe operation of equipment to ensure continuity of flow, safety, and efficient operation, and to detect malfunctions. Responsible for Crusher, able to start computer controls to adjust the start/stop, or adjust machinery and equipment that crushes and grinds materials. Record data from operations, testing, and production on specified forms and complete required forms. Ability to operate a forklift, responsibilities include removal of finished products from the bagging machines to the finished product storage areas; the staging of pallets and bags to the bagging machines to keep continued production; and the loading and unloading of trucks. Ensure all loads meet the customer requirements and are packaged and stabilized to arrive in good condition and orders are responded to in a timely, efficient and professional manner. L oad truck according to the Shipment Inspection Report. Ensure the truck is loaded according to shipping instructions; record all lot numbers loaded on Shipment Inspection Form. QUALITY : Follow all procedures/guidelines/specifications/testing/material-handling functions according to Imerys policies and procedures to provide a quality product to all customers. Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples. Compile laboratory tests data and performs appropriate analyses. Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms. Allocate all shipments on company database. Any other job duties assigned by management.
