About The Position

Responsible for production processes that transform rolls of raw materials into its final form prior to packaging. Current businesses where converting occurs are: Floss Making (Spinning and Coating), Brush Bristling, Family Care, Feminine Care and Baby Care. Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate. Operates and maintains the equipment in their area.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Ability to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Transform rolls of raw materials into final form prior to packaging.
• Act as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the operational area.
• Operate and maintain the equipment in the designated area.
