About The Position

The Process Analyst plays a crucial role in managing the internal and external supply chain flow within the automotive industry, ensuring that the right parts are delivered in the right condition and at the right time. This position involves collaboration across various teams to enhance process design and secure delivery methods, with a strong focus on achieving quality and efficiency targets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting and moving up to 33lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, or kneeling.
• Ability to travel up to 4 weeks overseas and work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience with BMS, CHIMAS, Bartender, Container Tool, VSIM, VIRA, ATACQ, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Basic understanding and use of handheld power tools.

Responsibilities

• Secure the right part, in the right packaging, to the right place, at the right time for production team members.
• Provide input cross-functionally between Material Handling and Supply Chain Engineering teams regarding process design.
• Analyze supply chain flows for ergonomics and provide feedback to engineering.
• Create and analyze OIS and provide feedback to Supply Chain Engineer.
• Support visual management of logistics/supply chain areas by creating and printing necessary labels.
• Submit, track, and follow up on open tickets for IT-related issues.
• Gather data to support engineering analysis and reporting as required.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Engineering and production.
