About The Position

Supervise daily operations including setting and meeting production goals within the designated department. Oversee department staffing, training and discipline of employees. Manage quality control of all products sent out daily. Review maintenance and inspection protocols for equipment within the department and communicate accordingly with the maintenance team. Communicate daily with Plant Manager and General Manager to address issues or concerns relating to plant operations. Adhere to all safety protocols including but not limited to company and OSHA standards. Maintain an organized working environment. Work collaboratively to meet company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years’ production experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Communication skills
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must have or be willing to obtain COVID vaccination

Responsibilities

• Ensure productivity standards and quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain organization and cleanliness on the plant floor
• Oversee staffing, training, and discipline of departmental employees
• Consistent enforcement of current policies and procedures
• Demonstrate respect and professionalism in all interactions with co-workers and employees
• Other duties as assigned
