We are seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor to lead daily operations in a food production environment. This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing supervisory experience from various industries such as automotive, assembly, or industrial settings, as training will be provided to transition skills into food manufacturing. Requirements

Supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage teams and keep operations running smoothly
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Friendly and timely communication with drivers, team members, and management (in person and by phone)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret processing data
Comfortable explaining performance data and results to both team members and senior leadership
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Lead daily processing operations, scheduling, and workflow
Supervise, train, and support processing team members (up to 15 members)
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance (training provided)
Monitor processing output, inventory, and reporting
Coordinate equipment usage, troubleshoot issues, and work directly with processing machinery as needed
Plan and support logistics for shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate and timely movement of goods
Coordinate supply orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Work cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and office staff
Willingness to work with team members whose first language is not English
