Position Summary The Plant Superintendent serves as the interface between the asset owner (Origin Mine) or their agent, ProEnergy Services, and the plant O&M team to accomplish the safe operation of the asset while achieving reliability and availability goals. The Plant Superintendent is fully accountable for financial planning and control, provision of resources, compliance with regulatory requirements, and various communication and reporting requirements within the contractual terms of the O&M Agreement. Additionally, the plant Superintendent will manage the daily operations of the plant, directs the implementation of the Operating Plan, identifies those areas which may need improvement or further development, and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment.
