About The Position

Job Responsibilities: ● Plan, coordinate, and adjust production operations by partnering with Production Supervisors, the Site Manager, Procurement, Maintenance, and Quality teams to set priorities, schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments while optimizing cost, resources, equipment, and workforce utilization. ● Monitor production performance and respond to issues by adjusting schedules and priorities to address equipment failures, operational disruptions, and changing business needs. ● Ensure compliance and quality assurance by maintaining accurate production records, adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and quality system requirements, and leading the identification, documentation, and resolution of product, process, and quality nonconformities through corrective actions and control of nonconforming product. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications: Directs and coordinates activities of supervisors who supervise employees in the production, maintenance, and shipping departments. Must be willing and able to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) when needed. Work Experience: ● 3-5 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent. ● Strong planning and organization skills are required. ● Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required. Requirements
