About The Position
Capital District Psychiatric Center is recruiting a Plant Superintendent B to manage and oversee the daily operations of the physical plant, engineering, and maintenance departments. Candidates from outside or within State Service can apply. As a Plant Superintendent B, you will supervise staff that are responsible for the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment related to the physical plant and maintenance operations including: Planning maintenance, repair, and construction projects. Assigning and overseeing work assignments to ensure they are completed on schedule. Administering all maintenance contracts. Ensuring buildings and systems are in compliance with federal and State regulatory agencies.
