About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the activities of the Plant Services Department. This includes overseeing the maintenance of the hospital's physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds to ensure they are in an operative and safe working condition. The role requires accountability to the Director of Plant Services for maintaining an effective organization, administering labor and material controls, and training maintenance personnel on safety and effective management practices.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage labor and material controls effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in facility management or a related field.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
