Your Mission Keep our operations safe, efficient, and performing at their best by owning reliability from diagnosis to fix: Pinpoint and repair electrical and mechanical issues across production and facility equipment. Stay ahead of downtime with disciplined preventive maintenance on assigned assets. Resolve electrical problems, including PLC-related troubleshooting and ladder logic interpretation. Decipher electrical schematics, mechanical prints, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams. Carry out welding, cutting, and fabrication with minimal direction. Capture accurate, timely records in the maintenance management system. Model safe work practices and help elevate plant safety standards. Contribute to continuous improvement and jump in wherever needed. What You Bring Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience in manufacturing. Strong electrical skill set with PLC exposure and ladder logic literacy. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic plumbing. Welding, cutting, and fabrication capabilities. Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints. Confident with computers and competent at the workbench. Uncompromising attention to safety, quality, and detail. 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting . Preferred Credentials CPR and First Aid certification.
