Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the ISO certification process and directs continuous improvements and audits to ensure future compliance.
Leads ISO Implementation team and trains employees on principles and requirements of certification.
Ensures all appropriate ISO documentation is completed and maintained.
Coordinate corrective actions in response to internal and registrar non-conformances, customer issues, and system weaknesses.
Analyze customer complaints, internal nonconforming product data, and production data, and makes recommendations for improvements.
Other related duties as assigned.
