About The Position

This role will partner with the Plant Manager to establish quality vision and standard. You will maintain ISO/NADCAP/AS-9100 registrations and others, as applicable as well as coordinates external audits by customers, corporate quality and ISO registrar. You will coordinate and/or performs internal audits per established schedule to evaluate location's compliance. This role will lead a team of lab technicians and final inspectors, as well as ensure all personnel performance evaluations are met. You will also coordinate and/or maintain processes that are needed to support the plant from a quality perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5-10 years of experience working with quality tools and methodologies.
• Experience with quality systems - ISO and AS strongly desired.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Management experience with direct reports is desired.
