About The Position
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Plant Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in driving excellence across the plant's operations. This leader is responsible for shaping and guiding all quality assurance initiatives-ensuring that every product meets or exceeds customer expectations. Beyond overseeing the plant's Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS), the Quality Manager champions safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, aligning every process with both customer standards and company performance goals.
