About The Position

Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent implementation of quality policies, procedures, and programs across all departments and facilities Lead internal and external audits, including planning, documentation, and guiding management in developing corrective action plans Analyze quality data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Act as a liaison between production, engineering, sales, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues Evaluate staffing needs and optimize workflows to meet departmental objectives Oversee reporting and analysis of quality issues, including errors and non-conformities Supervise plant quality representatives to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other regulatory standards Collaborate with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and implement effective corrective actions Manage administrative functions such as employee development, safety, budgeting, performance planning, and goal setting Mentor and lead team members, applying experience and sound judgment to achieve strategic goals Execute special projects and assignments as directed by leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification Physical Requirements Prolonged use of a personal computer Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and carrying up to 30 lbs. regularly Comfortable working in factory and lab environments with exposure to heat, cold, moisture, and chemicals Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Work Environment Automotive components manufacturing, office, and laboratory settings Equal Employment Opportunity TI Automotive is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification
  • Prolonged use of a personal computer
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and carrying up to 30 lbs. regularly
  • Comfortable working in factory and lab environments with exposure to heat, cold, moisture, and chemicals
