About The Position

The Plant Quality Engineer at ZF Foxconn in Duncan, SC will join a dynamic team within the Chassis Systems Division, focused on delivering high-performance front and rear axle products. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this role will collaborate closely with two experienced quality engineers to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction. The position involves regular interaction with customers to address and resolve quality concerns, making strong communication and problem-solving skills essential for success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 1-3+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with many layers of customer representatives.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Lead Auditor certification / Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the quality efforts related to APQP for new projects.
• Coordinate quality technician priorities and activities as necessary.
• Coordinate 8Ds and corrective actions to customers.
• Point of contact with customer.
• Maintain the customer complaints and reaction times.
• Track and monitor the status of the supplier non-conformances and report to the customer as required.
• Monitor Engineering Change Requests.
