About The Position

If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Production Control & Logistics Manager position at Faurecia, a global leader in automotive technology. As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure the adherence to the PC&L standard processes and the department budget.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred, Bachelors degree minimum requirement
  • At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics
  • Minimum English language required
  • Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy /Rigor / Openness to new ideas
  • Knowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues
  • Knowledge of the APICS and Faurecia system principles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staffing
  • Respect of the Faurecia code of management and values, and the ability to promote the “Being Forvia” spirit
  • Knowledge of employee empowerment basics, and the ability to engage team members in working in standard conditions and focused on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to participate in the leadership training courses offered by Faurecia University
