What does a Plant Process Engineer do? As a newly appointed Plant Process Engineer at EVCO Plastics, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours that may vary based on project needs. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices for efficiency. Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in injection molding processes
Experience in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Proficiency in process optimization and problem-solving
Strong analytical skills
Familiarity with industry-standard software tools related to process simulation and design
Effective communication skills
Forward-thinking mindset and adaptability to potential changes
