About The Position
The Plant Optimization Engineer (POE) position at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is a developmental role aimed at recent engineering graduates. This full-time, salaried position is part of a 2-year rotational training program designed to provide hands-on technical training in the Maintenance and Production departments of a corrugated box plant. The goal is to develop well-rounded employees and future leaders within PCA, focusing on engineering process optimization projects and providing support across plant functions.
