The position involves working closely with engineers, maintenance teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and operations personnel. The role includes participation in special projects aimed at assisting engineers, fostering responsibility, and enhancing communication within the team. The candidate will be responsible for organizing and implementing moderate to large process improvements, eliminating problems, and managing capital and expense projects that focus on asset health and overall reliability improvements. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis, modifying and optimizing the preventive maintenance (PM) work process, and recommending innovative solutions to enhance equipment, facility, and plant operations. The candidate should be prepared to travel for assignments as needed.

  • Work with engineers, maintenance, consultants, contractors, vendors, and operations.
  • Assist engineers on special projects to improve communication and responsibility.
  • Organize and implement process improvements and capital/expense projects.
  • Troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis.
  • Modify and optimize the maintenance work process.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to improve operations.
  • Currently enrolled student majoring in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Completed the freshman year of study.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 required.
  • Eligible to work in the US on a full-time basis.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
