About The Position

Operate and monitor plant equipment, machinery, and control systems. Perform routine equipment checks, inspections, and adjustments. Record accurate production and process data throughout the shift. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance activities. Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards. Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members during shift changeovers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or processing environment.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and read gauges/instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
