About The Position

Actively promotes a work environment within the Operations Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience during daily plant site operations. Responsible for assuring the safe and efficient daily operations of the plant site.

Requirements

Must report to work on time and on a regular basis
Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstances
Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes
Express oneself clearly and concisely
Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work
Strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills
Must be able to multi-task in a high stress, fast paced environment
Must be able to pass employment background check and drug screen.
One to three years of similar or related experience.
Valid State of Texas drivers license required along with a violation-free Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.

Responsibilities

Assist Plant or Operations manager
Monitor daily plant operations
Always Ensure compliance of company safety regulations and policies
Ensure compliance of all company environmental regulations and policies
Coordinate scheduling with dispatch
Conduct plant inspections and inventory
Maintain adequate levels of all plant supplies and products (i.e. fuel, cement, admixtures, fiber mesh etc.)
Maintain accurate and current reports as required
Complete all required reports accurately and timely
Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values.
Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others.
Respond to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Performs all other related duties, as assigned.
