About The Position

The Plant Operator is responsible for the maintenance of all plant equipment and grounds, along with the operation of quality control procedures for the material. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Running samples of material and maintaining records for the purpose of quality control Maintenance of conveyor systems and other plant equipment Mowing and weed-eating of plant property Painting plant equipment and buildings Assisting with any other operations as needed Work will be performed at a plant facility in North Little Rock, AR.

Requirements

• Ability to work during severe conditions, including inclement weather
• Ability to work 11 or more hours per day
• Ability to work Saturdays when required
• Ability and willingness to do manual labor, including lifting items as heavy as 50 pounds

Responsibilities
