About The Position

Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production. Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance. Maintain clean, organized work areas and support housekeeping standards. Assist with basic maintenance tasks and collaborate with maintenance teams as needed. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.

• Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.
