About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing Operate and support production activities on wash plant, crushing plant, and jaw plants. Perform ground labor including cleanup, maintenance, and assisting equipment operators as needed. Support and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Assist with plant inspections, identifying issues, and communicating needed repairs or adjustments. Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and efficient daily operations. What We Are Looking For Ability to interpret technical information and apply strong practical problem‑solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork. Adaptability to fast‑paced operational environments and comfort working in field or plant settings. Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities for process or equipment improvements. Mechanical aptitude and/or fabrication skills (considered an asset but not required). Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
