About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production. Monitor material flow and make adjustments to maintain product quality. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery. Assist with cleanup, housekeeping, and general plant upkeep. Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and operate heavy equipment and production machinery.
  • Commitment to working safely and following established procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to support quality standards.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Dependable team contributor with solid communication skills.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements.
