About The Position

Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position may require in-person training at our Le Sueur, MN facility. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing our local operations, blending technical skill with a proactive mindset to ensure our new facility remains cutting-edge and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to industry best practices and Cambria’s high standards of excellence. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of powder products, while adhering to all operating procedures and safety regulations. The Operator will monitor equipment, control process parameters, and perform maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
  • Proficiency in using process control systems and data acquisition software.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with production teams, maintenance personnel, and supervisors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Lift up to 60 lbs.

  • Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor processing equipment, including mills, classifiers, and dryers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Control process parameters such as feed rates, temperatures, and airflows to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment to identify any issues or potential problems, and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Adjust equipment and process parameters as needed to optimize production and address any deviations from specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment status, and process parameters.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to processing and material handling.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and work with maintenance personnel to resolve any issues.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize powder processing operations and reduce costs.
  • Utilize barcode scanning systems to track and manage inventory movement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in material handling and storage within the processing area.
