Build your career at Asphalt Materials, Inc! As a Plant Operator Trainee, you will work as part of a team to ensure the overall successful operation of the terminal. Functions include loading and unloading of trucks, unloading rail cars, basic maintenance activities, upkeep of operational documentation and maintaining standard plant operations. Essential Functions Willingness to abide by safety policies and adhere to the policies/practices Raw material receiving activities Product shipment activities Manufacturing of asphalt products Maintain required documentation regarding daily operation activity Maintain appropriate plant operations by adjusting plant equipment Perform general plant facility maintenance Troubleshoot process issues Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.
