About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment and machinery. Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting. Assist with plant housekeeping and general labor tasks. Monitor material flow and ensure quality standards are met. Support safe work practices and contribute to a safety-first culture.
Requirements
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform physical tasks safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability in work performance.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
