About The Position

As a Plant Operator-Engineer IV, you will be responsible for keeping our team members and guests comfortable and safe by maintaining and repairing all equipment related to the operation of our boiler systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Four (4) years of experience as an electrician, millwright, plumber, locksmith, or journeyman.

Responsibilities

• Recognize required needs, repairs, adjustments, or replacement of equipment.
• Perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems throughout the property.
• Operate power and hand tools to complete job assignments in a timely manner.
• Use diagnostic tools, such as Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM meters, pound gauges, and pressure gauges to find and determine the source of power and gas issues.
• Read and understand blueprints and wiring schematics to install and work on electrical components.
• Advise management of any unusual conditions and perform all assigned duties during emergency situations.
