Requirements
- Experience: At least two years of experience in one or more of the following—front end loader, dozer, excavator, quality control, mechanic, or plant operations.
- Comfortable outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work on rough terrain, climb machinery, and perform manual tasks with care.
- Basic math and reasoning skills, plus competency in reading and following instructions.
- Strong communication skills, especially in noisy environments.
- Licenses: Valid Class E driver's license (clean driving record).
Responsibilities
- Perform daily safety checks on all equipment—your safety is our first priority.
- Operate machinery to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate with the onsite foreman about daily tasks and goals.
- Follow established routes and procedures to ensure safety and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and report any issues to your supervisor.
- Support regular plant maintenance including welding, conveyor and bearing replacement, oil changes, and more.
