Plant Operators perform the tasks necessary for the day-to-day operations and production of products.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Solid math and reading skills, and the ability to understand technical manuals
Two (2) years production/maintenance experience OR oil and gas industry experience OR completion of mechanical/industrial trade school program
Aptitude for learning new tasks and skills
Ability to work in a team environment with laboratory and sales personnel, as well as the ability to work independently without close supervision
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Willingness to be flexible in scheduling
Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds, occasionally enter confined spaces, tolerate scents common to fuels and asphalt operation
Ability to perform work which requires frequent and regular movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Ability to perform work which requires frequent and regular walking and standing
Ability to see, hear, talk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
