About The Position

The Plant Operations Technician is responsible for basic maintenance and repair of the facilities including interior, exterior, and vital systems (HVAC, Plumbing, electrical). The position is responsible for basic knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical principles also. On the Jamestown campus. This position reports to the Director of Plant Operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Current Driver’s license
• Two years’ experience as a plant maintenance technician
• One years’ experience with the use and safety of heavy equipment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with construction projects
• Three years of experience with maintenance or craft operations
• Willingness to become licensed or certified in a specific trade or craft

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical principles.
