About The Position

The Plant Operations Supervisor Oversee and structure plant logistics operations, including traffic supervision, JSOX compliance management, and cross-functional coordination between PET and Integrator teams. Reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for building scalable processes, performance metrics, and execution alignment. serves as a senior representative in key operational meetings.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
MS Office skills, including Excel proficiency for creating tables and charts
Ability to deal with conflicts and employee issues in a professional manner
Technical orientation with ability to learn new technologies
Computer skills including MS Office
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
Team-oriented and collaborative
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Customer service orientation

Responsibilities

Direct oversight of Traffic operations and Traffic Supervisor
Develop and maintain JSOX compliance processes and audit readiness
Serve as communication liaison between PET, Integrator and plant
Establish, track, and report key KPIs, including:
Compliance accuracy
Execution efficiency
Truck requirements per project (forecasting and validating truck counts needed to support each project schedule)
Freight cost vs. budget
Create standardized workflows and reporting cadence
Provide strategic updates directly to Plant Manager
