About The Position

The Plant Operations Manager is responsible for supervising the Plant Operations staff to ensure that the overall maintenance of the equipment is effective, efficient, safe and to Client standards. The Manager is responsible for the upkeep of the central plant chillers, heating boilers, domestic hot water boilers, cooling towers, roof-top AHU's, and related equipment. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the natural gas systems, domestic water system, HVAC system, food service equipment, and oversight of maintenance contracts/agreements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Plant Operations staff.
• Ensure effective, efficient, and safe maintenance of equipment.
• Oversee the upkeep of central plant chillers.
• Manage heating boilers and domestic hot water boilers.
• Maintain cooling towers and roof-top AHUs.
• Oversee natural gas systems.
• Manage domestic water system.
• Supervise HVAC system maintenance.
• Oversee food service equipment.
• Manage maintenance contracts and agreements.
