About The Position
The Plant & Operations Maintenance Manager at KDP manages hourly associates and helps leadership plan, administer and direct all activities, ensuring compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Focuses on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to plan operations maintenance (POM) management.
