About The Position

Under general direction lead and coordinate all activities for Facility Operations personnel to ensure timely and cost-efficient fulfillment of business objectives and quality standards to include but not limited to; the repair or replacement of plant equipment, facilities maintenance and allocation of appropriate resources and time for completing work, interpret technical issues to prevent equipment and facilities downtime and proactively pursue equipment and/or maintenance related issues and or problems. Lead position requires administrative duties and working with tools to complete work orders as necessary to maintain shop maintenance metrics. The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, and housekeeping of mechanical areas. Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:30am Pay: $27.00-$36.00/hr | 15% shift differential The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
