Location of the role is Cookeville, TN, United States - On-site (relocation may be provided to those that qualify and currently live within the US, sponsorship now or in the future will NOT be provided)

Requirements

• A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor's degree or higher, required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Must have experience with Cost/Spending, Project Deadlines, Maintenance Employee efficiency/effectivity, downtime, critical equipment performance.
• Must have leadership and management experience to include having direct reports and indirect reports.
• 7 to 10 years of like experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the planning and execution of the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment.
• Includes the management of the Manufacturing Engineering Department.
