About The Position

We are looking for a talented Plant Operations Engineering Manager to join our team. Location of the role is Cookeville, TN, United States - On-site (relocation may be provided to those that qualify and currently live within the US, sponsorship now or in the future will NOT be provided) Experience: A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor's degree or higher, required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Must have experience with Cost/Spending, Project Deadlines, Maintenance Employee efficiency/effectivity, downtime, critical equipment performance. Must have leadership and management experience to include having direct reports and indirect reports. 7 to 10 years of like experience is required. Manages the planning and execution of the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment. Also includes the management of the Manufacturing Engineering Department.

Requirements

A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor degree or higher, required.

Responsibilities

Manages teams in the maintenance organization.
Manages preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.
Develops performance standards and formulates staff development plans.
Coaches and leads improvement activities.
Manages department budgets.
Manages spare parts and indirect materials inventory.
Manages Manufacturing Engineers, who are responsible for projects (capital, new lines, process evolutions)
