The Plant Operations Director is a Senior Management position that is responsible for managing and organizing the operations of the facility including maintenance, housekeeping, IT/Purchasing, transportation, and dietary while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes and standards of government and regulatory agencies. This position also serves as the facility’s Safety and Security Officer and serves on the Safety/Risk Management Committee.
