Requirements

Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
Minimum of three to five years in comparable position preferred.
Demonstrates ability to effectively manage department(s) quality service, budgets and staffing. Also, appropriately establishes priorities.
Demonstrates ability to anticipate problems and works effectively to resolve issue and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to patients, physicians, administration, peers and staff.
Must have a willingness to participate in guidance and counseling of personnel.
Proficiency in computer skills, critical thinking skills, and public speaking skills.
Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal regulations that impact areas of their responsibility.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Business or related field preferred.
