About The Position

HandCraft Linen Services is looking for a Plant Office Administrator in our Martinsburg, West Virginia plant. The Plant Office Administrator will provide support to the Plant Management Team in the areas of company safety, human resources, events, general clerical filing, document organization and other generalized facility and office tasks. Administratively supports management's efforts to foster a positive team culture and a more productive workspace.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, greet and assist walk-ins, directing them to the appropriate manager.
  • Support plant management in all facets of planned company events.
  • Support plant management with company communications and company initiatives that foster employee morale.
  • Support HR with orientation and virtual onboarding logistics at the plant. Including onboarding, I9's, Key Fobs, Monitoring new hires in Safety Portal.
  • Documenting plants lost and found.
  • File and post OSHA and employee documents as required.
  • Assist in data verification as it relates to Regulated Medical Waste.
  • Ensure inventory of RMW supplies are accurate.
  • Maintain relationships with facility and grounds contractors as well as vendors. Including catering vendors, landscape management, dumpster exchange, etc...
  • Other duties as assigned.
