Signia by Hilton Orlando and the adjacent, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, an Official Walt Disney World ® Hotels are searching for an Engineer to join their Property Operations team! Between the 2 properties combined, there are over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges and over 350,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an engineer, has an understanding of chillers, boilers, and mechanical systems. Shift Pattern\: Primarily AM shifts starting at 7\:30AM, ending as 4PM, over weekdays and weekends. Pay Rate\: $23.56 per hour.

  • Has an understanding of chillers, boilers, and mechanical systems

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, repair and conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel equipment and machinery
  • Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance
  • Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
  • Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
