About The Position

As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer satisfaction by levelling the activity of the plant production floor, at the minimum stock level possible. You will be accountable for communicating with the customers, establishing and monitoring the master production schedule, preparing and implementing the sales and operations planning, managing the pool and safety stocks levels, and following up the delivery performance. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the resources and processes, and to anticipate and resolve any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or something similar or equivalent experience in specific supply chain roles
  • Experience in production in an industrial environment
  • Experience managing material flow, scheduling and stock flow is preferred
  • Knowledge in Excel, SAP or another ERP system is preferred
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proven ability to drive for results: work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Customer Focused: Delivery performance: customer MPM, Customer Backlog

Responsibilities
