About The Position
Sonoco has been changing the face of products and packaging since 1899, evolving from a small family business to a multi-billion-dollar global company. The Plant Manager will report to the Senior Director, Manufacturing - Regional for RPC North America, and will be responsible for the planning, organization, direction, control, and review of all manufacturing and staff support activities utilized in the production of quality products at the least cost to meet customer requirements and sales commitments. This role emphasizes creating a safe work environment and developing customer relationships.
