About The Position
The Plant Manager leads all aspects of the Manufacturing facility to ensure the effectiveness of the operations. The Plant Manager leads all aspects of the manufacturing and maintenance Group, to ensure the delivery of products to our customers in a timely manner. Define and set strategies and objectives used to conduct the business in a fashion to meet or exceed the yearly goals. The implementation of these strategies is paramount to the achievement of the safety, environmental, quality, and profitability goals. Effective implementation of these strategies will generate customer, organization, and employee satisfaction.
