About The Position

As Plant Manager, you’ll lead the workshop operations in Angered taking full ownership of production, quality, staff development, and environmental compliance. You will manage the workshop budget, ensure products and services meet high-quality standards, and implement routines and processes to drive continuous improvement. You’ll oversee compliance with EHS regulations and applicable laws, handle internal and external environmental responsibilities. You’ll also lead training and development initiatives, maintain an effective organisational structure, and ensure staff are engaged in operational practices. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, safety, and success of the plant.

Requirements

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Experience in the heat treatment industry with strong process knowledge
• Proven leadership experience close to production and running a plant/business
• Strong communication skills internally and externally
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented
