About The Position

Plant Manager (Custom Building Products, LLC; Las Vegas, NV): Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day plant operations of the Las Vegas Nevada Facility while developing strategies to ensure that production goals are met with minimal costs. Develop teams and be productive while ensuring all employees' safety and profits are on the rise. Provide leadership for Maintenance, Production, Quality Control, Office Administration, Human Resources, Purchasing, Quality Control, Logistics and Shipping, fostering open communication and a results driven environment. Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring the plant continues to use best practices and demonstrate continuous operational improvement using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) metrics and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) with a focus on customer satisfaction. Drive key quality performance to be cost efficient and effective meeting governmental compliance standards. Understands the connection between industry trends and the Company to position Custom to achieve a competitive advantage in the market. Prepare an annual budget and manage the capital expenditure budgeting and submission process. Considers a broad range of internal and external factors when formulating strategies, takes a long-term view and acts as a catalyst for organizational success. Sets high standards of performance for self and others, pursues aggressive goals, works hard, and holds self-accountable for achieving results. Monitors and evaluates work plans, controls policies, processes and procedures; focusing on measuring outcomes that are completed in a timely manner and at or below budget.10% domestic travel required. Position supervises the work of other employees.
