We're seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our state-of-the-art facility in Ozark, Alabama. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience (rubber processing experience preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Experience with operational financials and P&L management
  • Track record of driving safety and quality improvements
  • Excellence in team building and employee development
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment (heat, dust, noise)
  • 10% travel requirement

  • rubber processing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for all plant operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
  • Oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance
  • Manage P&L responsibility and achieve financial targets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Partner with executive leadership to achieve company objectives
